Whenever I need a second opinion for ecommerce user experience and conversions, Lori is the expert I go to. She and her team are the real deal. While their main focus is Big Commerce, they are fluent with other platforms. Lori has also been an invaluable member of my Ecom Convert facebook group, and my only moderator. I trust her 100%.

I was first introduced to Redline Minds via a Community Jobs Board for Developers on Big Commerce. After receiving a number of initial proposals from developers, Lori's proposal, with detailed feedback and valuable insights, clearly stood out from the rest. She won the job! After working with Lori and Team closely and efficiently on a relaunch of a Big Commerce B to C site, I turned to Redline Minds once again for another project, a large B to B site with thousands of SKUs. Both a success. Here are the highlights of working with Redline Minds on these two, rather significant and very distinct projects. 1. Works hard upfront (before being paid) to clearly understand your needs and define the scope. 2. Engages quickly and maintains constant communication with key stakeholders. 3. Stands behind their commitments, even if involves a bit more than forecasted or anticipated. 4. Ensures users understand the platform, while also providing valuable industry tips along the way. 5. On results, the B to C site sales have increased significantly in just a few months time. On the B to B site, traffic is up, including leads. I have been working with Lori and Dante at Redline Minds for over a year. After a disastrous migration from Yahoo to BigCommerce, our organic traffic was trending downward along with our sales. The developer that did the migration did not know what they were doing. We needed help and quickly! Lori and Dante redesigned our site at a very reasonable price. Lori's years of expertise in ecommerce come in extremely handy as she makes recommendations that improve our business without costing us an arm and a leg. We have been working with Redline Minds on SEO for several months and have seen our traffic steadily increasing, along with our conversion rates. Redline Minds is more than a developer for us, they are a trusted partner in our business. Last year we combined several businesses into one website under our new organizational name, Arbor Behavioral Healthcare. We needed a new site. We also needed to improve our visibility as a quick search for addiction services in Austin didn't show our website. Dante and Lori offered to redo our website even though we're not an ecommerce company. The results have been well beyond anything we expected. The site looks great and has far more information than it offered before. We had an immediate, large jump in traffic upon launch. Our SEO visibility has been slowly improving since then. They are driving traffic to our website via social media and continuing to promote our new blog content. It turned out that the hundreds of articles we'd paid for years ago were holding us back. They have since been replaced by much better content. In summary, we're happy with the results we've seen and highly recommend this talented duo.
