I have used Sandy's services in the past. I have had no complaints thus far however this time was a little different. I spoke with her on the phone to try and bounce a few ideas off her of which way to proceed. Sandy said we could do that and her rate was 140.00 per hour. We agreed to start off with a half hour for a consult. During this conversation I asked if I could pay her and she said when we start I could pay with a card. I understood and that was fine. She called 5 minutes prior to the consult and asked for funds. I had no idea she had sent the link an hour before. I asked her to help me find the link and she said "I should get my office gal to help" assuming the office gal is more able to find the link on the invoice. During this times she must have told me several times the money was not there and that was sort of a rush feeling because my time was burning. Thinking to myself "asking for your help to pay you burns my minutes" That seems weird but okay. She then in a condescending sort of tone and way says so you finally want to pay I eventually (like a minute later) locate the link and input my data. Again I am told the money is not there. I am not sure but the card was declined. I started to enter a new card and was hung up on. I thought it was a possible accident and maybe her battery died but more than likely I think she shut her phone off. Sandy some folks are not well versed in your trade and thus we pay for your services. We have spoken several times and I believe I have made you aware that I need help when dealing with this kind of stuff. I prefer not to leave negative reviews but when I am hung up on and then the phone goes dead it makes me wonder. I look forward to your response. Aloha and have a great day.
