Increased my rate by 100% with only 3 weeks notice and no change in features. Too short notice to change suppliers, feels like I am being taken advantage of because of the short notice. They used to be great but have been changing over the last 3 years. If you sign a contract with them make sure you have a note for ample notice for price increases.

It's sad to have a company such as RWS that is owned by Nationwide Marketing, provide such poor service to their customers. As a standing member of Nationwide for 10+ years, and a customer of RWS for 3+ years, paying for services promptly and to receive such poor communication is very frustrating as a business owner, especially after you have brought this up to management numerous times. You simply desire to partner with companies that you believe will provide a service that will help you move your business forward, unfortunately RWS is not there for you. It's very difficult to get a response to voice mail, or even emails. Why have a website company that offers such as RWS, though you are not able to contact anyone to get any changes or additional features added to you site. If you are looking for a company website, RWS is not a company that you will be happy with due to such poor communications. So, we start the process to find a new company that will support us and our future. If your OK spending $499 a month and not getting support, then RWS is the way to go.

Poor communication. They can't work independently and you have to comb through your site yourself to make sure they did complete work. Very expensive for the service provided. Often return calls or emails at the end of the day to try to avoid you. I'm tired of finding things on my site that haven't been completed. I've gotten two online sales in a year. The website service is just a way for them to try to sell you overpriced ad services and if you don't buy those you're nothing to them.
