Adam has been AMAZING. If I could give 20 stars I would. We are a new company and Adam has walked us through step by step with both our Meta Ad Setup as well as Google Ad Configuration. Not only has Adam walked us through and explained each step in the process he has also gone above and beyond to make additional suggestions that will help with our Meta and Google ads as we move forward. Highly recommend!!

I have owned a business in the Rochester are for 31 years. My brother, a local attorney, had a terrific website built by Scriptable Solutions. When I started experiencing some issues with my company's website, and the originating developer, I placed a call with Mark at Scriptable. Although my work was outside the scope of Scriptable's normal duties, they made an exception for my company and offered to help us out. I was placed with Adam, an account executive, that took on the role of helping my company with the issues we were experiencing. Right off the bat I knew I was in good hands. Adam was was sincerely professional, extremely knowledge, patient, diligent to resolve our problems, and let nothing slip through any crack. It was amazing service!! Adam was on top of everything and worked with other vendors to make sure my company's issues were resolved. And, yes, the issues my company was having are fixed and the relief I feel now, as the owner, compared to previously, is great. It's not just the high quality work that Adam did, it was also the feeling that we were in good hands and that at the end of the day our issues would be behind us. I can honestly tell any business owner don't waste your valuable time and resources calling anyone else in this industry. Don't do it. Call Scriptable. And if you are lucky enough to be assigned to Adam, you will be just as pleased as we are, as is my attorney brother.
