I paid this company more than $5k to help drive sales and ultimately revenue and what a massive waste of money. The person we worked with was great and very responsive when I needed anything they just didn't get results. I don't think it's necessarily their fault as we worked with other companies that didn't get results either. Maybe companies like these should work on performance rather just sitting back fat and happy with their monthly revenue from fees while not caring about the results for their clients. Thought this company would be different but they are just like all the others that dont get results. Glad i wasted $5k+

Don’t work here. These guys smoke joints together on there lunch break. It’s a very unprofessional setting and the turn over is extremely high.

Amber is our account manager for Premiere and she is so good. I’m her point of contact and I’m usually doing 99 things at once and always running behind. She is so patient and understanding and doesn’t just say oh well your project won’t get done because you’re too late. She always calls me and texts me and email me and without her dedication to keeping me up on top of things our project results wouldn’t be anywhere as good as they are without Amber! The results from SM Services have truly benefited our stores sales and brand.
