I had a few issues in the beginning but they ended up coming through and I really like the website and the level of service too!

Company is horrible! Do not hire for website or hosting. Never made revisions as requested to my agency's website but still billed every month!

Hired In April 2015, site wasn't fully functioning until January 2016. Continued to have problems with miscommunication and not getting all content on my website I wanted. Come January 2017, domain expired and was sold to another company. Now I have to start over completely and create a new website. They charged me 4 months to maintain a website that had no domain, and refused to refund.

I hired CreativeHaus in January of 2015. By December I still did not have a fully functioning website. Links didn't work, they could format a pricing chart, etc. To top that off, their customer service is horrible. I cancelled my service in January 2016, but have continued to be billed (it is now July 2016) and no one seems to be able to figure out how to properly cancel my account or refund my fees. This is one of the most unprofessional companies with whom I have ever been stuck doing business.

They have double charged me twice now. It takes forever to get any changes made even if it's simple text. In fact, it can take a over a week for their initial response. The design was nice but the customer support is absolutely terrible. Many promises up front, lots of frustration afterwards.
