Awful company to work with. They don't answer emails, don't have a direct phone number, and they are NEVER available to answer questions. Take one look at their website - do you really want to pay someone with this outdated of a site to run your marketing? They have no real SEO experience and they outsource all of their services. My company's website was hacked last year and no one ever responded after numerous tries to reach out to them for help. You have to pay them extra money to secure your domain. They purchase their "domains' through a third party called Wild West Domains, who then purchases through GoDaddy. Just cut out all of the middle men - buy your domain through GoDaddy or Squarespace directly. My company has thrown away thousands of dollars with SEOwhat over the last 10 years. Luckily, I was able to cancel all of our services through an extremely roundabout way, and even then it took me a few weeks to finally cancel everything. My bosses had no idea how to do any of this - I'm relatively new and was able to help them after I got hired, but other small business may not be so lucky. Stay far away, this company is a joke. They prey on small local businesses that have no experience or expertise about marketing. EDIT: to the owner - I work for WEB Construction, they’ve been a client of yours since 2010 I believe. We have a profile on your website and have reached out numerous times to get in contact with someone, anyone, at SEOWhat. Even filled out your Google form. No one has ever responded. They are active clients. Check your database.
