Serenity Studios

Over nine years in strategic communications (and more than two in my current role), I’ve been exposed to a number of agency partnerships. Without question, the team at Serenity Studios represents the Gold Standard of service. We began working with Serenity on a short runway, one-off project and have quickly integrated them into nearly every aspect of our digital work, most recently a redesign of our website, because their work is just too incredible. To briefly summarize why we are so enthusiastic about their work: - They go above and beyond. For every project, we have set a fairly reasonable bar of expectations and they surpass it several times over. Their work defines “under promise and over deliver.” - They are “realistically creative.” It’s easy to come up with big picture, pie in the sky ideas that aren’t practical to implement. It’s rare to find a partner who can bring creativity to the table in ways that can be realistically deployed. They help us think outside of our box without blowing the box into a thousand pieces. - They really “get” out brand and bring thoughtful recommendations that help it come to life. - They have a great attitude. No matter what request we make or challenge we present, their first approach is how to make it work. Responses always come with a smile and a can do attitude. But they also do so with balance, meaning they don’t simply do whatever we ask because we are the client. When we propose something that is not a sound idea design-wise, they help us talk through alternatives. - They think holistically. At multiple junctures, they have raised their hand to help advise and counsel us on design decisions with other partners, never in the spirit of stealing the business, but instead trying to come up with a solution that fits our full story and brand. I could go on and would be happy to talk through our experiences in more detail, but I can say without hyperbole that partnering with Serenity has been the single best decision I have made in my current role and we are excited to grow with them for many years to come.
