Worlds better than Century Link.

Suzette Masters is a gem. She sent workers out to our home to resolve our problem that couldn't be fixed by a tech. Workers replaced a bad wire. What great service Simply Bits provides. I am thoroughly satisfied!

Simply Bits used to be an amazing company. Now that they have switched ownership the customer service has gone into the toilet. I called customer service at 8:45 AM about a billing issue, and the phone bank told me they were closed for the day. Evidently Ting is a company based out of India I want to resolve my bill, but it’s hard to do without Internet and the means to do so they have not contacted me or sent me an invoice over six months so if you have a billing issue, I suggest you just go ahead and switch over to another service. As soon as I get this bill settled and they resume my service I will make a decision. Evidently they haven’t taken a payment from us in three months and now they shut up my service off for nonpayment. The money was there, but the billing was not, nor was the notice. Look elsewhere for service. Update: kept the service with my husbands final decision. They seem to have adjusted but please watch their billing practices!

Believe all of these one and two star reviews. SB used to be a 5 star company. If there were zero stars, that would be my rating. Impossible to contact, whether billing, tech support or sales. Received last months bill for $96 but they debited my bank account for $127. Calling about that and the method of payment in the future and no way to get anyone's attention. Although they provide what seems to be a stable product, they otherwise should not be in business given their front office attitude about customer service. Until this is fixed, do not use Simply Bits as your internet provider.

After three days of attempted support, we are still without meaningful internet. A new router caused all satellite devices to fail and hours of waiting for help was fruitless. I swore death before xfinity but at least i could reach a human in less than an hour and a half
