Smashed Media

I started working with Smashed Media 4 years ago soon after I opened my business. I was a bit hesitant at first because I came to them with a logo and website I just paid over $12,000 for. They said they did not feel comfortable taking money to advertise a brand that they didn’t think could be successful. They changed my perspective on marketing and I decided to trust them. I must admit it was probably partly due to the 2 adorable office mascots they have that made me so excited for every meeting we had. I am so glad I listened to their marketing wisdom and guidance because 4 years later, my business is booming while others in my industry are struggling. With their help, my business evolved from owning a single upscale puppy boutique/store to having 4 locations and an eCommerce business bringing in more revenue than my 4 brick and mortar locations. What I appreciate most is that they not only changed my business, but made me a better business owner by changing the way I think about how my customers interact with my brand, website, social media profiles, ect. I originally had my Website built by Smashed Media. During the payment process Bradley was very attentive and great on communication. Once the website was complete, there was little to no follow up. Later on I expressed that there were many spelling errors and countless issues with grammar. Bradley would pass the buck to consistently to a person named Michael. After Several attempts to reach out to Michael about the issues, there were zero responses. SO basically I paid for a website, and the wording and spelling is VERY poor. I tried to get someone to correct it, and I was ignored several times. They had my money and Now it seems I no longer matter. Very Displeased overall. My website is a joke, and all I want is them is to RESPOND and let's work together to get it right.

Smashed media did an excellent job on our website. Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout this process. Bradley and Kaan did an excellent job at making everything we needed happen quickly and correctly. All three really took their time and went out of their way to make sure the final product was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you guys so much.

Absolutely amazing! hired smashed media to build a website plus PPC campaign managment. They built an amazing website just as we wanted. Plus even though the PPC campaign just started we received excellent results. I have to commend Bradley for being super professional, assertive, and answering all my questions even when I give him some hard time calling asking questions on weekends (sorry about that!)
