Not only were we able to view the increase in our patient count, but view our digital presence become a community loved brand. SnapWeb Services worked with us as if they were our own in-house marketing department. Among many services they provided, they provided us with a beautiful website, unified our brand, increased our community outreach & provided us with a unique patient experience workflow, that not only made it convenient for our staff to track incoming patients, but also provided exceptional customer service. SnapWeb Services outfitted our location with all of the latest tech and tools to ensure we are collecting and capturing leads as efficiently and effectively as possible. They provide detailed reports & give you access to a dashboard where you can literally view everything they are doing from social media to each Ad copy being pushed out. Our experience and communication with SnapWeb was seamless, from direct and constant access to our account manager to actual solutions on improving patient experience, we are proud to be partnered with SnapWeb Services.

The bad: This is a very arrogant group of unpleasant men who completely ignored our vision and who were condescending to our staff. Adrian, the very nice owner who talked me into the contract, sold the company shortly thereafter so we never saw him again and were left to deal with these guys. They forcefully demanded certain widgets and gimmicks that we didn't want or find helpful, like using an iPad to register our patients which never worked properly and increased the registration time so nobody used it. They also insisted upon adding a "request appointment" button on our website (we don't take appointments). They violated the terms of our contract by only providing very basic SEO functionality. They apparently only do proper SEO using keywords and backlinks when you pay them twice as much, even though our contract stated those features were included. They informed us of this option 8 months into the contract when we asked them why we weren't showing up in certain searches. Every time we met with them they tried to convince us to increase our monthly payment and add more features, while they weren't even following the terms of our current contract. If you sign a contract with them, understand that it lists lots of things they CAN do, not things that they WILL do. They dropped the ball on some review responses, which injured our reputation. They promised a monthly video social media post that never happened. They reworked our mobile website in such a way that it took 23 seconds to load. The contract promised geofencing our ads, but to them that just means advertising in a 5 mile radius, not choosing specific areas to target. When I called them out on this they responded they couldn't do proper geofencing due to our "low budget" that was already 5 times higher than our previous agency. I sent them a couple of dozen pictures from a professional photo shoot, and they only used one of them in a social media post. They didn't upload them to Google My Business or Yelp. I guess that costs extra too. I personally uploaded the pictures myself. Finally after months of frustration and no discernable increase in business, I told them I wanted out of the contract and they hit me with a three month penalty. The good: Social media posts were professional, that is why they get two stars instead of one. The team was usually fairly available and responsive by phone or email when discussing these posts. This seems to be their only area of expertise.
