In my role as Digital Communications & Engagement Manager at Navy Pier, I had the great pleasure of working with Social Media Beast, Navy Pier’s social media agency of record for more than five years. Throughout this time, Social Media Beast was instrumental in helping our team organize and execute effective, timely, and high-quality digital communications during a period of fast-paced and far-reaching organizational change. The SMB team—whom we came to regard as an extension of our own—was consummately professional, dependable, creative, adaptive, and willing to go to the extra mile to ensure the successful handling of Navy Pier’s social media content and community management.

At first, I was optimistic about investing in their business, to try and boost my business's sales, so I invested in them. A month passed by, and they didn't provide me with many results, but I thought, okay, maybe it was a bad month. So I kept them for another month, but after a second month they didn't produce a lot of results, I got maybe a few clients, but not enough to make my money back, so I cancelled my contract with them. From my experience, don't invest in this business, or else you will end up losing your money.

Very happy with the service. You can give them a general idea of how you want the website to look and they bring it to life. We also did it with Askanny. The result was gorgeous and functional, a huge improvement from the site we had after their work. The small details were easily and immediately changed. Askanny was responsive to all of our requests. Great job in social media marketing.
