Building smells like a dirty diaper! The management has arranged for garbage pickup every morning outside every unit door. The halls are lined with trash cans and garbage. This makes the entire building smell like a day old diaper. This is particularly bad in the mornings... walking in the building front door makes you want to vomit. No amount of complaining does any good.

We rented a 3bed/3bath (#310) unit for several months and absolutely love this building and unit. We only moved because we found a house, but we could have/would have stayed for several more months if needed. The positives: •Great building and true ‘loft’ like living. •Good & responsive management •Fantastic neighbors—unique mix of young professionals, retirees, and some families. •The building is relatively small, so it is quiet. We had no noise issues with neighbors (big, solid walls) and neighbors are respectful in hallways, elevators, etc. This is not a party building. •Dog friendly, and just a short walk to off leash dog run in Pioneer park. •The location is close to everything downtown and a great option to explore and get to know SLC. Our 3-bed, 2-story unit worked great for us as a professional couple with school age children. The bedrooms are large and the closets are better than the floor plan diagram indicates. Each bedroom had two large reach-in closets with a combination of shelving and multi-height rods. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances and a good number of cabinets and storage (large pantry). The outdoor patio is large enough for a couch, lounge chairs and 4-person dining set which is a real bonus for warmer months. The two-story units have a second living area which we used as an office. In short, the floor plan gives you some options to flex work/life if needed. If you are thinking about downtown or need a landing spot for a few months, I highly recommend Paragon Station!

Loved living here. I’ve lived in numerous location around the US and internationally and Tina is the best property manager I have ever worked with - hands down. The move-in process was seamless, any issues that arose were dealt with smoothly and efficiently, and move out went without a hitch. She communicated effectively with the residents and the place was meticulously maintained. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paragon Station - the units and the location are great - but Tina is the “secret sauce”!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!! Tina always accommodate my requests when necessary.She is a very special person. She is personable, caring, loving and makes you feel like family. Tina is amazing. She has the highest professional qualities and sets the bar for standards. The apartment is always welcoming. The environment is extremely clean and organized. I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a top notch place and supportive staff. Tina deserves a “ BIG FAT RAISE.” You are the best!!!

In a downtown area filled with cookie cutter apartment buildings, Paragon Station stands out. The unique floor plans and apartment designs feel transported from the lofts of SoHo - but with the luxury of modern appliances and the reliability of new construction. I spent a year living there, taking advantage of the short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The advent of scooters opened up a wide area accessible without worrying about driving or parking. When I did need to leave the area by car, it was a very short hop onto the freeway. The building manager, Tina, is wonderful. Resident in the building, she provides quick, responsive service and always has a friendly smile and kind word to brighten your day. Anyone looking for a little higher-end experience in downtown Salt Lake should take a hard look at Paragon Station.
