Healing Oasis in the Heart of the City! I recently visited SweetSpot VTox Boutique and Wellness Studio and had an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and immediately felt safe in this space. The ambiance of the studio is serene and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for healing. I walked in blocked, dealing with health issues, not in the best space mentally and I didn’t know what to do. I was educated on what was going on with me and was taught how to set my intentions to get the most out this experience to begin healing. From start to finish I was mind blown with the passion the owner has for wellness and how she shares that information to prepare your plan to heal. She is truly working in her divine power. I feel clear, in control of my emotions and know how to continue to move in my wellness journey. This will definitely be a permanent part of my wellness and I can't wait to visit again soon.

I had been looking for another place to do vsteams at and searched around and came across the Sweet Spot! When I arrived she greeted me and explained everything and went more in depth about the dis-ease that we create within ourselves and I am learning more because being unaware of things creates dis-ease. And I been more open and looking to have a more wholistic lifestyle and take care of my yoni. I had surgery months ago and been carrying some thongs with me ever since then. It was a great session, I liked how we open up first and allow our mind/body/spirit to be receptive of the healing because otherwise it won’t work. We opened with a consultation and some tea with sea moss and herbs and you can add on other herbs that you need based on what’s going on. And you can truly be honest and authentic, that’s a part of healing as well. Then we did some breathing and inhaling in some essential oils of your choice based on what you feel you need. And bring a journal as well so you can jot down things, if you don’t have one that’s ok too. Then you also pick a station based on what you feel deep down in your inner being that speaks to you the loudest. And you do a abdominal massage and other things to also open your body up to receive healing. And the more you open up and surrender your mind and being receptive the better experience you will have. She made me aware of things and I surrendered my mind and allowed myself to feel and that’s when the healing began. At first my mind was trying to take over. Things take time and it’s about detachment. I came in there with pain in my back from a pulled muscle and after I allowed myself to release and let the energy flow through me I felt so much better. It’s only the beginning! I am definitely going back and I also purchased a few thing's there as well. She has a lot of things there that are good based on your needs for where you’re at on your journey! What are you waiting for Sis! Book an appointment! My session started at 12-2 and I left at 3:53 so that tells you how it is! At first I didn’t sweat as much until further in. And I am definitely adding cleaner eating to my lifestyle because I choose health! And I want to hear my inner Source and my intuition more clearly and fully trust in myself!

Mama Aje is amazing! I loved my experience with how she takes a holistic lens of the yoni and spiritual experience. She took amazing care of me and made it such a safe space. I truly felt loved and seen. I highly recommend anyone go and visit. It was the mental break I needed. Give thanks to her and her space.

My first time here was Friday 3/8/24. I went in wanting a vaginal steam for self care purposes but walked away with an amazing life changing experience. I was greeted with empathy, compassion and kindness. I planned to stay for 2 hours but ended up staying for 4. To be honest, I lost sense of time when I was here. I am still overwhelmed by my experience overall, but I’ve already decided to come here on a regular basis for detox and cleansing purposes. I’ve been inspired to begin a clean eating lifestyle (again) I’ll admit it’s not easy lol but that is where self discipline comes in the place. I have also seemingly inspired others close to me to eat cleaner; lol I guess they sensed the excitement when I was sharing my experience and the knowledge I gained while I was here. Thank you again and look forward to seeing you again in a few weeks. You truly have gained a customer for life… and I won’t forget my journal next time lol.. I just bought a new one ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have gone to Sweet Spot many times over the last few years, but my most recent experience in Feb. 2024 was mind blowing! I don't sweat...no matter how hard I work out or how hot it is outside. I may get a bit moist on my skin, but I never sweat. At my last V-tox session, I sweat so much it came through the robe! It was an amazing feeling and I was completely taken aback by how much cleaner I felt after that good detox. This is not just a steam, it is an experience. I will continue to return and experience all this place has to offer! 5 stars for sure!

Been here for a couple steam and it was amazing. My man was a little skeptical at first lol but once he got there he was fine. He definitely has agreed we can come together more often. Thank you Aje!
