Two years ago my company decide it need to redo its web site. As VP of marketing the project landed on my desk. I was talking to some people bout this at a mixer and two of them recommended Tom. He then set up an analytics program that made sense to us and, based on that, recommended changes along the way that improved our conversion rates.
