Was introduced to Charles through a large partner we work with. Met Charles at a very challenging time for our small nonprofit and just kept hitting a wall time and time again with wasted time and efforts with no results. Thanks to Charles finally can see hope on the horizon and results from efforts. He is incredibly patient, in depth knowledge where to spend your time and effort and available to respond that you would find hard to beat anywhere. Only wish is that I had known about the X Concept wo years ago.

I trusted Charles from the X Concept with my website design and he did not disappoint. Before I had the X Concept design my site, I trusted another big brand with my design and I was very unhappy. I reached out to Charles and had him jump in to do a total redesign. I couldn't be happier with the design, ease of communication and quick delivery. He stayed in contact during the whole design process and knew exactly what I wanted my site to look like. Now I have a website that I'm proud to share. If I could rate 10+ Stars for the X Concept and Charles I would!
