I hired TheGenieLab LLC to customize my Shopify store, and they spent the right amount of time to understand my requirements. What they delivered was exactly what I wanted, and my store operated as I needed it to operate. However, after about 8 months, they told me that they were going to charge me $100 per month for hosting part of my customized features on their server. At no time during the spec and building phase did they ever mention there would be a charge for this. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have hired a different web developer. Their work is top notch. But if you're going to work with this group, make sure you ask if there will be a hosting fee somewhere down the line. If it hadn't been for this blindside, I would have awarded 5 stars.
