We hired this company to build an application for us. It was supposed to be completed by the end of August. It’s now November. I was finally able to provide feedback on the project two weeks ago. At first everything seemed normal and then the timeline started to slide. Understandably I was frustrated and concerned. They would keep promising software releases weekly but they would never work. Almost as if they only let a dev work for a few hours on our project per week. They seem to farm out all their work to various contractors and they don’t have a firm grasp on development process. They don’t have dedicated account or project managers that I can discern. Their communication is very poor and they don’t test ANYTHING before they send it to you. They rely on the customer to find every bug. I had to tell them the application doesn’t work multiple times as it crashed. They insisted that it works when they use it. I recommend finding an alternative company to make your application. There are much better companies to use in Denver. Using this one was a huge mistake. The work they have done is embarrassing and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to see how bad it is and correct their mistakes. Total nightmare.
