Great atmosphere interviewing here, the management was super polite and friendly, as well as very up front about expectations. Jake was super talkative and very open about company policy and work atmosphere.

Pathfinders Territory Management, Inc. has given me more experience and opened my eyes more than I believe I would've gotten anywhere else. Right out of college, with little to no experience I was really looking for a company to get my foot in the door. The only marketing knowledge that I'd acquired was just from my college courses. I wanted something with a laid back enviornment but high expectations, team atmosphere, and of course to learn as much as I possible could. I've been with Pathfinders Territory Management for a few months and still learn something new every day and held to a certain standard. I've participated in team nights, charity events, and even sports/dinners with coworkers. The cross training that I've received has helped me grow not only professionally, but personally as well. I cannot thank the company enough for the opportunity and really hope to be paying it forward one day.

Dude working there was awesome. We came in late in the afternoon to get set up with internet service for our new place. In spite of the fact this guy was literally a magician for juggling 2 customers at once, he got us in and out of there within 45 mins, if that. He was real friendly, knowledgeable and efficient to both us and the other customer we saw him helping.

Depending upon what time you go, they can get pretty busy and therefore you may have to wait a few minutes. I will say this though, the folks there are very knowledgeable, courteous and always give you sensible and helpful advice. They do not just try and upsell you things or plans that you do not need or want. They can usual get you set up with next day installation too. My service was installed on a Saturday, which was very convenient for me. Overall they are terrific.

Before ever getting a job here, do your research. The actual company you would be working for is Smart Circle. A very clever and deceptive pyramid scheme in its own way. The only way to actually succeed the program is by knowing that you are cheating others out of their time and energy by promising so much opportunity, and being okay with it. And about only 10% make it past the first step anyways. Don’t work here. I waited 3 weeks for my first paycheck and you may be getting robbed your commissions and never know it. Pay structure is confusing, misleading and very vague. The only business they are is hiring as many people as possible to become managers and almost noone ever makes it. There hasn’t been a single promotion since Jake took ownership, yet he cycled threw over a dozen people since. Never accept an interview and do not trust these people, cause they are great at brainwashing people. UPDATE: Yes I left a second review with a lowercase “j” and “g” on my name after I was threatened, however the third review was not me. Terrible! And then he reviews another business on Pine street (Tulsa) that I’ve never even heard of right after to make it seem legitimate. Unbelievable!!

Hey ya'all its meee.. hannah smith! My husband got paid a base pay of minimum wage, but if he made sales, which he didnt, he could have earned $150/ea sale!!! Awesomeness..
