It is not often that you find someone as dedicated to their work or as responsive as Robin at Upward Consulting. I am currently deployed overseas and Robin made herself readily available to me with a 9 hour time difference via zoom calls, texts, email, etc. in order to ensure that we received EXACTLY what we were looking for in our website design. Robin will be a permanent member of our team and there is no doubt that she will be a major contributor to the growth of our company. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Robin went absolutely above and beyond what I expected. Long story short, we had a problem that our very large CRM company could not help us with. Robin answered a question I had on a forum and then took the bull by the horns. She walked us through many steps and over the course of weeks had our problem resolved. On top of all of that, she never asked or expected any payment, was just willing to be a good human being and help a small family owned company!
