Visiture provides excellent client care, products & results. All efforts are made to ensure an optimal business relationship. They were always very quick to respond to questions or issues, proactive in providing ideas and suggestions, and generally a pleasure to work with.

I was probably one of the most reluctant to use an e-commerce search marketing company. I had been doing it myself without issue for 7-8 years and my business had grown beyond exponentially. We had recently purchased 6 acres of Alpharetta, GA and built a new 14 loading dock warehouse facility. I had already met with them once and was shown a lot of data, if I am being honest it was probably more data than I needed. I am a one page data/idea type of person. The more complexity shown to me the more reluctancy. A year passed and my business continued to grow. Then I spoke with Brian and he did say one interesting thing it saves you from doing the work, it frees up your time to focus on what you are good at, without being offensive the point could have summed up what all those pages of data was missing. The opportunity cost of my time. I took the plunge. Knowing that if it didn’t work is was not the end of the world, if it did work it would increase sales and more importantly allow me to focus on new products and developing other areas of my business. It took some time, but you could see it start to work. I’ll admit it I was surprised. I was also pleased with the time I could now invest in other areas of my company. Equally once I understood how they worked, I adjusted some of my new product investments to suit their skill set. If this is my new search marketing company, let’s invest in products that suit their skills. That was probably one of the biggest ultimate winners and still what I look for today. What products can I add to my site that I know Visture will excel at. I still get an email a day from search marketing companies as I am sure everyone does offering to perform magic. Visture is very responsive and committed to the success an extension of your own business. They can do wonders with what products you already have, get rid of waste and apply focus, this can be done from day one. The real golden nugget is if you can find a way to think of them as being in your building and give them new products that fit their skill set then you are really utilizing their business model to the benefit of your own. It takes sometime to get to that point, for me about 18 months then I was picking products aimed at their skill set. It works and I am still with them and we are still growing in size.

The team at Visiture is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They have been a great asset to my company's online strategy, and we look forward to working with them for years to come.
