Vortex has been the most incredible company to work with. While I am in Florida, and they are in Iowa, my request for a website was met with enthusiasm, complete professionalism and a staff so willing to make the best website for The Inspiration Project and Tip’s Magical Journey Book. Each meeting, we met with the staff online to listen to our needs and produce wonderful results by the following meeting. Nothing was too much for them and they delivered!. Their diligence provided me with a website I can be proud of. Additional questions and comments were met with positive results all the time. Each person carried through their job to provide everything I needed, and they listened all the time to my requests. I look forward to a long relationship with them in the years to come with all my books to be published.
