I cannot express enough what an exceptional experience it is to have Voyage Media, particularly Connor and JD, as our web/marketing team for our law firm here in Indiana, PA. Connor and JD are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and just great people to work with overall. They went above and beyond at every step in the redesign of our website redesign, improving our SEO, and even creating our business cards. Communication with both Connor and JD was always easy, attentive, and professional. They never left a question unanswered. Aside from getting my golden retriever, choosing Voyage has been the best decision of my life. I hate to sound like one of those "I can't tell you enough" or "if I could give more than 5 stars I would" (all of those things are true) kind of people that seem suspiciously enthusiastic, but my gosh. Our family opened a restaurant this past year and if I could pull one single person out from every service across the board that has been the most helpful, it would be JD. (And Connor; you are equally as incredible, I've just chatted a bit more with JD up to this point).
I had reached out to Voyage really early on in this whole process and basically just asked JD to solve all my restaurant life problems and he pointed me in such reliable and solid directions, that I am really seeing the value of a year later. That was BEFORE I had signed on with them for a whole new website. Despite where they are or I am physically, they are very easy to contact and always make me feel like any questions I have with the website are top priority. Voyage is so reliable, dedicated, and considerate with every single concern or detail that I have had along the way that if I hit the Powerball tonight, I would just pay for all of Indiana's businesses to have their websites done through Voyage.
So, safe to say, I would certainly recommend Voyage Media.

Frick-Ketrow Insurance Agency - Digital Strategy, Web Design and Integrations
Thomas M. Frick Insurance Agency has been a staple of the Indiana, PA community since 1966. When they took the opportunity to expand their services by merging with Ketrow Insurance, the entire format of the online presence needed to change. Our team took on a full marketing audit, oversaw the website redesign and worked closely with them to create new targeted marketing campaigns.
With Ketrow Insurance Agency merging into Thomas M. Frick Insurance, they were adding three new locations for a total of five offices. Each company had different marketing strategies. Two different website companies, two different reputation management companies, two different print advertisement agencies - you get the picture. This meant that we needed to comb through all of the expenditures, platforms, and current material to understand where their money was going and how we could reorganize them for success.
Their current website also needed a refresh to include the new locations, agents, and give the Thomas M. Frick Insurance Agency a unified feel. The logo being used had several variations and there was no consistency to typography, photos or other marketing materials.
Voyage Media Works needed to create a unified and cohesive brand image that carried throughout their website, digital marketing, social media and print advertisement material while also making it easier for the agents to contact and connect with potential clients.
We worked with their current website provider that specializes in Erie Insurance agencies to provide a fresh new look for the site. Pulling multiple examples based on our assessment and the owners, we refreshed the site to provide easy to access information for current and new clients. In tandem with that, they had multiple logo versions floating around. Our team assisted them in creating and finalizing a final logo version that embodied their company message – “Come Grow With Us.” This logo now stays consistent across every platform for brand recognition.

The agency has been providing auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance and business insurance services to the area since 1966. In 2019, Frick Insurance expanded and purchased three additional office locations and absorbed Ketrow Insurance Agency into it's business.
