Not even done with the project and it's been months since I've hired them. I'll post more information later but the reality is they charge 5 times what their competitors do and do a fraction of the work. On multiple occasions they stated that various components that are inherent with website creation, such as content and backgrounds, would cost an additional several thousand after I'm already invested in their services. It's a joke. If I could get my money back, I would gladly. Zero true effort on design. In many circumstances even the content from my current site wasn't carried over. I essentially paid almost $15k for a template I could've shopped for online. Yet I work harder than I would have doing it on my own because I somehow need to also manages their team to make sure they are putting the site together the way my current one is. Avoid this place. It's the epitome of how more expensive doesn't mean something is better.
