My previous web developer who I was very happy with retired and I was pretty sad about it because it seems now days it is hard to hire a web developer close by with a good set of skills who is interested in helping small business at reasonable prices. Then I found Watermelon and I have been very happy. They are responsive, are able to solve problems, and work at reasonable prices.

We hired Watermelon to help us with our website. They were very thorough and took the time to explain in layman's terms what they were doing and how we could improve SEO and site functionality. We will definitely be back for future website needs!

Great work and amazing service! We're a non-profit, and our priorities are always focused on maintaining the Astoria Column. We had a website built by someone else a few years ago, but without regular updating and maintenance, sections of our site were no longer functional. Joanna and the rest of the team came in and had everything working within a week and it's been smooth sailing since then!

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Most dysfunctional, incompetent, customer-hating company we've ever worked with. Have not been their customer since 2009 and they are flooding us with a dozen emails a day about a help request from 2009!! 2009!! Not a typo!! They had similar issues back then as well. Plus, God help you if your site goes down on Super Bowl Sunday or on a holiday or weekend or any day!! They are rude, uncaring and unhelpful once they are your web host. Don't judge them by their conduct before you are their customer because once they host your site, they own you and you are at their mercy. I could list 100s of issues we had with them but their current flood of unwanted emails to us a whopping 13 years after we fired them is the perfect example of what to expect if you are dumb enough to give them any power over your website. Don't be stupid like we were. Don't gamble with your website unless you want to have the most frustrating, agonizing and infuriating web host experience ever-- a horror show experience that will never end-- not even 13 years later.

Can't say enough about the work that Watermelon has done - great team, great communication, knowledgeable staff that's always at the ready to bring their best. Highly recommend. Paul, Jesse, Travis, Jared, thank you for all that you do. Your expertise when it comes to complex WP sites is unparalleled, as is your willingness to sit down and work on problems with those (like me) who aren't exactly....experts. Thanks again for all your work - I'll keep coming back to you in the future for dev work, for sure!

These guys exceeded expectations at every twist and turn during the course of our website redesign. Building a site for over 40 attorneys is no simple matter and can be frustratingly slow going at times while attorneys nit pick over tiny details. Everyone at Watermelon was patient and responsive with us during the project, which I'm sure was frustrating for them while we were slow on getting things done on our end. I would not hesitate in hiring them for another project, and I strongly recommend them.
