The Lister brothers are experts in the field. I’m a web developer and run my own freelance development business as well as working my day job as a front-end developer. Often, when I encounter a specific roadblock and I’m not happy with the solutions I come up with, I subcontract Wonkasoft. Each time, their solution is much better than what I was planning to do, and they teach me while they fix my problems! Love these guys. Five stars aren’t enough.

Not happy with my experience and over a year later I am still having issues with Luis and wonkasofts work. I had thought I was purchasing a full built ecommerce store a simple copy from my volusion store but with a more modern look that I am unable to do. What had happened is they wanted an outrageous monthly bill when websites like fiverr and upwork do it for fractions of the cost and the work that was done was extremely slow. Either way my website does not work, it is unable to update the theme so I have a broken website. The help section on the site right now slams you with privacy errors so people are afraid to click the help buttons. Overall Luis edited photos for me and gave me a broken website, with volusion on the site I built myself I at least had a working help section. I am worried that with the theme not taking updates that my website will not work with a new wordpress update so at any moment my site could cease to show up. (display error 404) I am now having to scramble and get other wordpress designers to fix the errors which should have been addressed at turnover. Overall I would not recommend wonkasoft and will keep this review until I have a working site. My review stands, you can see how manipulative this is. What was asked for was professional images on a word press site. The developer used his own theme and wanted to charge 2,500$ a month to maintain it. 1. Louis never even got an abandoned cart set up on mail chimp or sent out any marketing campaigns. The one thing he did do was make a fathers day image with a product and price but nothing after. I ran my social accounts so im confused on how you think you ran those adds. When hired I explained I needed new images of each product, that was part of our contract but this is the only thing you had completed that I am happy with. Now I have done this step on my own as it was the most simple it seems. 2. Now you want to say the slow lingering work to draw out the monthly payments was our fault? Wonkasoft was only getting information from one person. The owner and reviewing my emails it is very clear. There is no excuse to not even have the abandoned cart or help section page working after 3 months. Zero. 3. I wanted a site that worked after hiring you to complete the build was done. You ignored this and set it up to where I had to use you or change my word press theme. This is something a developer would know and a normal consumer would not, this is where the developer builds a trust with a client and you choose to take advantage and trick. I wonder why your services were stopped. 4. This page has never worked, please show me the cached files where it did. This website is a product of Wonkasoft. 5. Like I stated, the photos are great but not what we had spoken about as the final product. A claim that you have put more into the project than what you have received cannot be made if the end product is broken. I would give more stars if the site worked in everyway Wonkasoft has stated but the image alone shows a MAJOR portion of my site not working.
