Customer service is over the top. Every time I need to make a change to my site they are right on it and respond back to me to report the changes have been made.

I have nothing but great things to say about Xponex. I like the fact that they have a local office here in town where I can speak to the staff face-to-face, instead of some AI-generated figurines over Zoom. Yeah...if meeting over Zoom is the only option a company can offer to you, don't give them your credit card number! Adam and Kyle built my website which I am very happy with. Their price is upfront and reasonable, with no surprise fees or "oh, we now have to do that" fees like some Chinese-run companies based in Nigeria. Trust me, it can really happen because I have done my research beforehand. Before you know it, you're six figures into the hole and your website still isn't finished. You can avoid that situation by choosing Xponex from the start! Kyle answers all my questions, and he is just an email away. I am a demanding customer, and he handles me like Lebron James handles the basketball. Think no further and choose Xponex. You will not be disappointed!

Xponex is such a great organization! They went above and beyond to offer their services to design a website for Paw Patrol Dayton, a 501(c)3 dog and cat rescue. As everyone knows, funds are very tight for charities and having a professional company offer their services is such a touching and appreciated gesture to help us make each donation go right toward the animals. They are super easy to work with anytime we need changes made and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of website development/maintenance services!

We switched to Xponex from a large national provider who was charging much more for a substandard product and poor customer service, and we couldn’t be happier with the product and service we have received from Xpomex!
