First and foremost, the website they designed for me was a disaster. It looked like something straight out of the early 2000s, with outdated layouts, clashing colors, and a complete lack of aesthetic appeal. It's as if they disregarded all modern design principles and simply slapped together a haphazard collection of elements. The visuals were not only unpleasing to the eye but also failed to convey the professionalism I was aiming for. But the design issues were just the tip of the iceberg. The hosting services they provided were nothing short of atrocious. The website was plagued with constant downtime, slow loading speeds, and even instances where the site was completely inaccessible. This not only hampered the user experience but also hindered my business's online presence and credibility. It's astonishing that a company that claims to specialize in SEO and website services could deliver hosting that is so fundamentally flawed. Communication with YourSEO was equally frustrating. Their customer support was unresponsive and lacked any genuine effort to resolve the issues I was facing. It took ages to get a hold of someone, and when I did, the responses were vague, unhelpful, and often gave me the impression that my concerns were of little importance to them. To add insult to injury, the promised SEO services were practically nonexistent. I have since then moved my hosting and redesigning my site, I have requested for my email hosting records which they are even failed to provide me with to date. Everything that was promised little was provided and they waited until it was time to renew the contract that they were able to contact me. In conclusion, my experience with YourSEO has been nothing short of a disaster. The shoddy website design, abysmal hosting services, lackluster customer support, and unfulfilled SEO claims have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. I strongly advise anyone considering using YourSEO to steer clear and explore more reputable and competent options for their website and hosting needs. This company's services are an absolute waste of time, money, and energy.

Don't waste your hard-earned money on this scam! I got my proposal on May 16, 2022, and it is January 10, 2023, and I've yet to see any results after paying thousands of dollars. I asked for a refund over four months ago, and Tim Hickson is supposed to get back to me, but I keep getting the same standard excuse that he's been out sick. Here is the last email I got responding to my refund request: "I have forwarded your request to the concerned authority; however, there are certain SOPs that we have to follow in that regard; the senior manager has to get in contact with you to get detailed feedback and report to compliance."
