Luca Tagliaferro is a Senior SEO Consultant who leads a five-person team at Luca Tagliaferro Consultancy. CHALLENGE

A cost-effective solution to manage a large number of locations

Luca’s company took on a large dental franchise in Denver, CO, called openandaffordable.com. The client was in a phase of rapid expansion, growing from 14 locations in 2023 to 24 locations in 2025. 

This growth created a significant challenge: they needed a way to increase their exposure on Google Map Packs by;

  • managing a large number of locations,
  • tracking rankings for specific queries,
  • and building effective citation campaigns

Previous solutions didn’t meet their needs because they were either too expensive, costing “$60 per location per month,” or didn’t provide the correct ranking reports. Luca was looking for a more efficient and cost-effective solution that could handle local ranking, citation building, keyword reporting, and ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) consistency across all locations.

 

SOLUTION

Using BrightLocal to build and fix hundreds of citations, and generate positive reviews

RESULTS

Significant cost savings and improved client rankings

Using BrightLocal, Luca significantly improved the client’s local rankings. He can now see some of the new locations that had no rankings a few months ago, ranking at #1 on the Google Map Pack. For many of the locations, he can see them ranking in the top three positions, which has helped him keep everything under control.
