New Updates: Twitter Integration & White-Label Dashboards

Following the release of our Location Dashboard last month, we can now announce 2 further, exciting updates. We’ve released Twitter integration, as well as a White-Label version of the Location Dashboard.
1. Twitter integration
This update means you can integrate Twitter into your BrightLocal dashboard, allowing you to monitor social performance for each of your Clients or Locations. There is NO additional charge for connecting Twitter and it is available for users on all of our Plans.

Monitor followers, Tweets, re-Tweets, mentions & likes
Once a Twitter account has been integrated you’ll be able to monitor Followers, Tweets, Re-Tweets, Mentions & Likes. This means you can quickly & easily view your own or your clients Twitter activity over a set period of time.
Sort activity by date, re-Tweets or likes
Once Twitter is integrated, you are able to sort data by date, re-Tweets & number of likes. When sorting by date you can view Tweets from the last 7 days, last 30 days, for all time, or a custom date.

How to monitor Twitter with your BrightLocal dashboard
You can set-up Twitter integration from within a Location Dashboard.
Simply click on the Clients & Locations tab, select the Location you want and go through to the Location Dashboard.
You’ll now see the ‘Social’ icon in the lefthand navigation strip which gives you access to Twitter & (coming soon) Facebook.

Click ‘Connect to Twitter’ & we’ll load your account details. You can also easily switch the Twitter accounts connected at anytime via the top menu.
Facebook integration coming soon
Facebook integration is next in line for a Location Dashboard release. We’re working on it right now & hope to release it very soon.
2. White-Label Dashboards
In addition to Twitter integration, we’ve also released a white-label version of the Location Dashboard.
Released last month, the Location Dashboard groups together different reports for a location. This makes it easy to navigate between ranking results, citations, reviews & GMB data, so you can view the overall SEO performance of a location.
This update means that each dashboard will now be available on an external URL (similar to existing reports) that you can share with clients. You can also customize them with your logo & relevant brand colors.

Customize your Location Dashboard
By default, the Location Dashboard comes with BrightLocal branding.
But, if you create a white-label profile then you can brand the Dashboard, and your reports, with your logo and color scheme:
- We rolled out 4 additional color schemes in August 2016
You can view a preview of a Demo Dashboard here.
You also have plenty of control over what data is displayed in the external dashboard so you can control which data your clients can & can’t view. Simply use the checkboxes to turn on & off different reports from your external dashboard.
To make your Location Dashboard available on an external URL, just go to settings on your Dashboard.
White-label dashboards are available to all Multi Business & SEO Pro customers.
We hope you enjoy these new updates! Let us know if you have any comments or questions!
